APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #9 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE VENICE MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC RENOVATION AND BUILDING UPGRADES
Description
The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional design services to insure the infrastructure is in place to now keep portables currently located on the east side of the campus active for school use. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $8,330.00. These funds are available through the project 5573 budget.
Recommendation
That Amendment #9 to the Agreement dated March 1, 2016 with Harvard Jolly, Inc. for the Venice Middle School HVAC Renovation and Building Upgrades be approved as presented.
